Holidays 2023 Shipping Update

Unfortunately the last safe delivery date for the US was December 11th this year, so any orders placed between December 11th 2023 and January 3rd 2024 will now ship after January 3rd 2024

EU Shipping Update

I've had several issues sending packages to the EU in recent weeks, items with being returned without reaching their destination, or being lost or stuck in the local countries postal system for incredibly extended periods of time, severely delaying delivery.

Until this situation improves I've removed EU shipping options from the storefront as the increase cost to re-ship or completely claim/investigation forms with various postal services is no longer cost effective.  However, you get an error message during checkout that your piece may not be shipped to your region, then contact me using the CONTACT page if you're interested in a piece you'd like shipped to the EU. Then I can check for any advisory delay notices issued for that area before shipping and more accurately calculate the shipping costs.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Due to the current C-19 situation the following shipping updates applies to all orders

USA: The usual time for delivery is 7-10 working days however this is now closer to 15-17 working days

Canada: Royal Mail are not currently offering a tracked AND signed for service to Canada, so any artwork shipping to Canada will be sent TRACKED.

In addition there are long delays on incoming international mail to Canada, as well as the tracking information on the Canada Post website delaying.

The two most recent pieces we shipped to Canada took 3-4 weeks to arrive so please plan accordingly

Any orders are generally shipped on the Friday immediately following the date an order is placed.  If for any reason we're unable to meet this shipping deadline, we will notify you via the email provided in order explaining the reason for any delays. You will also be given the opportunity to cancel your order and be given a full refund

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders within the UK, or Tracked International for any international orders. You will be provided with a copy of the tracking information via BigCartel/Paypal

You can track your package at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ .For international orders you should be able to use the same barcode to track your package once it has been handed to your local courier

Returns Policy

We are unable to offer any returns on items ordered via the store, all artwork is sold as displayed.  However in event if your package arrives damage in transit to the address provided in your order please follow the below steps

  1. Notify us via the Contact Form link on the top of the page, please include your order # 
  2. You'll be contacted via email to confirm the extent of the damage, you may be asked to provide photos of the damage at the time
  3. Depending on the size of the piece and current workload you may be offered the option to have a new piece the original art, recreated from the scan of the original piece if at all possible, or a refund
  4. We reserve the right to request the damaged artwork be returned before arranging a replacement or a full refund.  We will cover any shipping costs you incur returning the damaged artwork after providing a reciept for the shipping
